The Blues Society, which is named after the legendary Sonny Boy Williamson, is committed to preserving the wonderful musical heritage of the Mississippi Delta area. The Society also works to assist the older blues musicians who still reside in our area.

The Blues Card features a photograph of Sonny Boy Williamson, Houston Stackhouse and James "Peck" Curtis made in Helena in the mid 60's. "We're hoping that blues fans from all over the world will be carrying around a little bit of Helena wherever they go, and that can help increase the exposure of both the King Biscuit Blues Festival and our year round musical culture," said Jay Hollowell, Vice President of Helena National Bank.
